In 1990 S Wilkin & Sons started up as a sole trader and in 2007 established a private limited company. As the owner and director of the company, I have 19 years valuable experience working for the Monaghan and Cavan town councils, as well as several private projects. From the initial stages of reviewing tenders for bidding, to pricing, scheduling, maintaining, quality , cost management, securing health and safety measures and completing quality work, I am involved in all stages of the projects and clients cal feel confident in my bringing a project to completion on time and within budget.

The list of projects previously submitted acts in itself as a curriculum vitae for myself, and reflects the diversity of projects that my company has performed and completed.

Over the past 20 years, I have put together a team, which compliments each other in all aspects of a project and its stages. I employ an independent health and safety consultant who

puts together a traffic management plan, specific risk assessment, site rules for each individual project we undertake. I along with my site supervisor would work closely with this consultant and on a daily review with my site supervisor I would ensure all health and safety concerns are addressed. On a weekly basis we would meet without consultant and should additional risk assessments need to be issued these will be done here and any other concerns raised will be answered.
